Treatments and Procedures

Transdermal Laser Associated with Sclerotherapy

It is a procedure that combines the use of a transdermal laser with the application of a sclerosing liquid, both with the help of augmented reality and a skin cooler, which reduces sensitivity.
An innovative solution offered by Dr. Eduardo Dall'Acqua in which, in addition to not requiring rest after the procedure, the combination of these two techniques produces excellent results.

Endolaser

Varicose Vein Surgery with Laser, or Endolaser, is a procedure indicated for the treatment of large vessels such as the saphenous vein, perforating veins and even larger varicose veins.
Without cuts or stitches, this procedure can be performed under local anesthesia and light sedation, with no need for hospitalization. There is no need for rest after the procedure.

Dense Foam Sclerotherapy

Guided by ultrasound, Dense Foam Sclerotherapy consists of applying a sclerosing substance, polidocanol, in the form of foam to the dilated veins that cause varicose veins, closing these vessels.
With proven effectiveness, Foam Sclerotherapy is performed in the office without the need for anesthesia or rest after application.

Chemical Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is one of the most commonly performed procedures for treating spider veins.
It is performed by applying injectable sclerosing substances that, when they come into contact with the diseased vein, trigger an inflammatory reaction, causing it to close.
Safe and effective, Sclerotherapy is performed in the office, without the need for anesthesia or rest afterwards.

Transdermal Laser

Transdermal laser is a non-surgical alternative for eliminating spider veins (telangiectasias) and small varicose veins. Minimally invasive, transdermal laser uses a specific type of light to treat varicose veins, causing vasospasm and an inflammatory process in the vessel to be treated, which ends up being reabsorbed by the body over the course of 3 to 4 weeks. It is a procedure performed in the office, which does not require anesthesia or rest and, depending on the case, can be associated with liquid or foam sclerotherapy.

Microsurgeries

Performed under local anesthesia and sometimes with a small dose of sedation for the patient's comfort, microsurgery involves removing larger varicose veins.
Performed in the office, the procedure involves making small, needle-sized incisions, which do not require stitches and rarely leave any type of scar.

Conscious Sedation

Nitrous oxide sedation allows the patient to remain conscious and respond to physical and verbal stimuli during the procedure, known as conscious sedation. The method is based on the mixture of oxygen and nitrous oxide gases inhaled by the patient throughout the procedure, which reduces their anxiety and sensitivity to pain.
